GMAC Message GMAC said one thing, but here are the docs they actually sent say… read both pages… unbelievable!
Hi Jennifer, it’s Sharon Robinson with GMAC mortgage just following up from our conversation yesterday. We would be freezing the rate for, the lowest rate for, four years and then it would step back up 1% every year until we reached the current rate or the Freddie Mac, your investor survey rate, whatever happens to be lower at that time. So 2.02% for four years, which I think is awesome.. so I am going to go ahead and have them prepare the paper work, and send it to you, so you can look it over and then if you have any questions, when you receive that give our office a call. So I am going to request that today, it’ll probably take a couple of days to put it together. But it should be out in the mail to you by the end of this week. The docs they sent are a trial period that is not a part of the HAMP program.
