July 14, 2009 - Message to Cindy Stewart and Angie Solis asking them to please call ASAP that I was getting collection calls.

July 14, 2009 - GMAC collection department called. Spoke with general guy no way to call him back. Told him about the forebearance agreement. Transferred the call to lost mitigation department. Amber of lost mitigation department said I was not eligible for mitigation because the loan was delinquent. Tried to get a phone number to call her back, she transferred call back to the collection department. Called 800-850-4622 ext. 8743285 (option 5) got the same run around transferred back to lost mitigation…. another call - Called and left message for Angie Solis

July 15, 2009 –Called Angie Solis 8 and 10 AM Received call from Angie Solis 11:30AM, I understand you have a forbearance; I will fax you over the information to start the process for modification. Said we needed to start process over again. She wanted it by Friday the 17th. The sooner we get it in the better for us. Told her I am getting collection letters and calls. She said she contacted the collection dept and told them to stop calling it would take 24 hours.

July 17, 2009 - 12:40 PM – Received a call from GMAC legal department 214-874-2500. The gal said the file was transferred file new department the legal loss mitigation department because of a complaint. That is their policy. Angie would no longer be handling the loan. Asked her to call back on a landline, could not hear well. 1:09 PM – called number above, got loan services department, generic number.

July 17, 2009 - 2:30 PM – Received a call from GMAC Legal Lost Mitigation – She spoke with Jennifer without asking Glen’s permission, unlike the collection department or others from GMAC. She said they had not received paper work from NCB and it was not our fault. Confirmed that we had forms to fill out for them. Asked her if she was GMAC or just servicing the loan for GMAC. She said they are GMAC Finance and servicing the loan for GMAC Bank, that basically they are the same company. A bit vague on the answer, still unsure as to whom she really is with.

Asked her what she had seen as far as interest rates, she said our loan would go as low as 6% and then retracted her statement saying that she was looking at the wrong paper work that was another loan. Said she needed our financials to see what we could get. (Prior NCB guy told us 4.75% but he thought they would go lower) Asked us we had copies of our original documents, told her I would have to look for them, not sure if I did. Asked if they had them, she said no, our paperwork wasn’t transferred with the loan.

Asked her about income and told her we had a rental that was no on taxes, said checking account with the deposits was ok. To list all of our income that does come in, not to worry if it wasn’t on our taxes. When could we get paper work in by, I told her the middle of next week because I had to put all new paperwork together. She asked about papers from NCB and I told her those from March 2009 and were not current now. Didn’t she want current income and expenses?
